Todays guest is one of the people that has set his stall out to look good feel good and help the world look good too.
I hope he doesn't mind me saying this but he is around seventy years old and has the most amazing body I have seen a man of his age having.
He knows what works for him to keep him at peak performance, and most importantly he knows what is the perfect fuel to put in himself to fire on all cylinders.
His purpose is to teach people how to be the healthiest person ON the planet and not the wealthiest person IN the grave, and does this by using nine easy steps that focus on nutrition, which are centered around his basic philosophy: “If you want to be tough, you’ve got to eat good stuff!”
He’s the founder of the Center for Nutrition & Life Management, Inc., based in Daytona Beach Florida, and is dubbed ‘The Mango Man’ because of his passion for eating fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits, like mangoes.
As he says, “We can learn to choose foods wisely so that nutrition can help the body build and repair itself more effectively.”
He’s convinced that we are all healthy automatically by design and sick only by default.
So living in the worlds centre of fast food, and processed sustenance, how does he manage to dodge the Burger Kings, and KFC's when they are all around him and live a life true to himself?
