What Does It Take To Be A Successful Female Entrepreneur?

My guest today, on the Steve Jobs inspired Join Up Dots free podcast interview is a lady who was previously on the show back on episode 251, where we had a very deep conversation around self sabotaging ones careers, even when things are going just as you hoped they would. Back then she told us “I was a freelance writer, for a small Sydney magazine, before I realised a dream to help others create the lifestyle that they truly deserved. I use the word ‘deserved’ with intention. It was one of my first, big spiritual realisations: We are not all living our highest potential, we deserve so much more than we’ve been taught to expect.” That’s a fascinating insight not just to this ladies outlook, but also life itself. Why are we taught from such a small age to be realistic, be practical and leave the dreaming to, well the dreamers. Shouldn’t we be encouraging people to go for the mad stuff, the big stuff, the stuff that real dreams are made off? Challenging them to grow to the highest potential possible? Well since 2006 our guests life has been one intertwined with the all of this and more, and with such personal values such as laugh regularly, think differently, be persistent, be abundant (and give generously) and live what you love, she has clients flocking to her business looking for a similar mind-set to propel them to success. So where did her positive outlook really kick in and allow her to speed forward to success? And why has she rebranded her work from self names to beautifully wild? Well lets find out as we bring onto the show, to start joining up dots, with the one and only Monique Williams. Show Highlights During the show we discussed such weighty topics with Monique Williams such as: How Monique now realises that she can now charge premium prices in her business and bring better quality clients into her business. Less customers, less hassle and more money....perfect! Why she now sees that she is more condensed and precise as to what she is offering. She knows her stuff, and knows how to deliver what her clients truly need. Monique recalls how her marketing messages were not congruent with how she truly was, and why it took a client to point out the error of her ways. and lastly…. Why we both believe that ladies should only share one part of themselves when they go out clubbing and what that part should be! Truly deep stuff!
