Todays guest started in business at quite a tender age.Yes,at the age of five,he was already on the look out for money making activities, when he negotiated with his mother a salary to lick the stamps for her flyers.Im not sure that I would have been so keen to do that, but hey as he says 0.01 per two stamps that’s a lot of money when you are five years old.But of course you cant just lick stamps for a living, but funnily enough the power of his mouth is what has taken him to where he is today. He was always fascinated by speakers, and those that would get up and say profound things, or simply just to help people improve their lot.And growing up he had a lot of professional speakers stay over at house as guests of his parents, and was given a first hand look at what it takes to work within the speaking profession. And how his internet marketing consultancy “Red Beard Consultancy” is helping those very same people who inspired him as a child with their marketing challenges. So lets bring on the show, as we start Joining Up Dots with the one and only Mr Brian Keith.

Podcast 62: JD Bloodstone: A Man Who Has Grown Balls, Shared Them With The World Three Times, And Still Wants More
Todays guest has the biggest balls you can imagine. Well I better rephrase that really,it doesn't sound the best way to start an introduction after all.So lets go with, our guest today has three hugely successful books all based around the theme of being Ballsy in life Think and Grow Balls,Awaken The Balls Within, and 2014's addition to the balls family "The Ten Habits Of Highly Ballsy People".Highly influenced by the classic "Think And Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill our guest has brought the book and its content up to date, and added a rich vein of humour, anecdotes and well.....himself to the pages. All of them are fun, readable and hugely powerful guides to taking control of your life, shaking off the fear that roots us to the spot, and moving forward with more momentum than you could hope for.But believe me, behind the words of the book we have a man with a personal story that has been challenging and difficult, which has allowed him to roadtest the words he has given to the world. So what makes a man take the leap of faith and attempt to change the world. And what makes a man think that he can bring something different to Hill, Robbins, and Canfields of the world? So now without further ado lets bring onto the show to starting joining up dots the one and only JD Bloodstone.

Podcast 61: Liz Cortes: The Californian Girl Shows Us How Fitness, & Nutrition Can Be Taken From The Classroom To The PC & Across The Globe!
Todays guest has a story that the dots can be connected all the way back to being a child.
Starting with her love for gymnastics, she excelled at flips, tumbles, and all the other things that I can't even do one off, until one day her gymnastics coach failed to turn up for a session.
Instead of doing what most kids would do when the teacher is suddenly not around, and mess around, chat, and generally savour the fact that there are no adults in the room, our guest had other ideas.
Jumping up she decided to take over the session herself and for the next seven years coached 2 year olds up to adults.
And that is the beauty of life spent joining up the dots, as most of the time there is a big dot that takes you off on a path that you couldn't have predicted when the dot first appears.
Most of the time you don't even know that it appeared at all.
But her love for coaching was born, and after a series of injuries curtailed her continued participation in competitive athletics, she quickly developed a new passion for personal training, nutrition coaching, and teaching group exercise classes.
And the rest as they say is history.....but not so fast.
As although this seems like a normal story of a lady finding her path in life and following it through to success, it was far from that, as once she started to get serious and create her own fitness business, whilst her clients were getting healthier and fitter the complete opposite was true of our guest today.
Starting a new business, paying all her bills, was making her so stressed out, that it slowly started taking a toll on her body.
6 months later her body shut down. Shut down as in can’t train clients, can’t teach classes, constant pain, and she can barely stay awake.
So what does she do?
How does she recover her mojo, her fitness and her business, and take it to greater and greater levels of success.
Well lets find out as I bring on to the show the lovely and uber fit Liz Cortez

Podcast 60: Turner Barr: A Man Who Is Going Around The World In 80 Jobs..Now He Can Add Podcast Guest To The List Too!
Todays guest can only be described as the new Jules Vern, or for younger listeners Michael Palin, as he is the creator of the site Around the world in 80 jobs whereby he crosses the globe, working in various positions of employment and of course sharing with us his successes, failures and crazy stories of a life on the road.
Back in 2007,after graduating from UC Berkeley our guest set out on the open road for a year of adventure.
With no clear plan. No fixed direction. And nothing more than a vague feeling of doing something memorable it was a path very different from where he is now.
And looking back from where he is now, it seems almost unbelievable that he didn’t immediately start blogging, creating content, or attempting to montize his wanderings across the globe.
But that is the beauty of a show like Join Up Dots, as many times a persons true path in life only becomes visible to them when hitting a crossroads.
And in this case it was an economic crossroads that made him decide on what he wanted to do in life.
The economy had tanked in 2008, and the prospect of getting straight back into employment when returning to the US suddenly seemed a distant dream.
And was it a dream that our guest was…..well dreaming about anyway?
Lets find out as we add another job on the list as podcast guest (although Im not going to pay him…just keep that to ourselves) the amazing, Mr Turner Barr.

Podcast 59: Christopher Mance II: From The Military To The Online World Our Guest Knows The Power Of Connection And Is Making It Viral
Todays guest is someone who considers himself a life long student. And in the online environment he quite simply has submerged himself in the world of websites, traffic production, and content creation since an early age.He first learnt to write software when he was just a youthful 14 years old, and started his first company at the age of 20.But these were all stepping stones, or dots as we call them on the show, because no matter how well your site, vision and content look you are dead in the water without visiting traffic. And he first achieved this while he was graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point. All freshman were allowed to use the computers, and our guest decided to create a site on his love of Hip Hop music, which slowly but steadily became the go to place for lovers of that genre of music. So buoyed by his success and confident in his abilities, and after several false starts in 2011, he founded Nichevertising, an online business that helps business in a similar niches join forces to grow their business, and make their content hopefully go viral.Said in a different way our guest is trying to connect businesses with the same demographics so they can work together to help each others advertising campaigns go viral. Multiple businesses can join a campaign together and help each other gain huge exposure online. A real win-win for all parties, not least our guest. So the key questions are I suppose, how did he come up with this idea? Why did he persist with working online, and developing his entrepreneurial muscles when simply "getting a job" would have been the easier option? And where did he find the courage, support and faith in his abilities to push through the hard times to gain the success he deserves. So let me find out as much as I can whilst I have the chance to talk, and of course join up Dots with the one and only Christopher Mance II

So how has he done this? How did he take the leap of faith that allowed him to leave the corporate environment as an employee, and build his own business (one not focused on slime basketball I can only imagine)Well lets find out as we invite onto the show to start joining up the dots of his life, the one and only Bobby Gill.

And since then he has navigated the world of the 9 – 5 with, lets say wariness.Being somebody who readily describes himself as a round peg in a square hole, the life in corporate land was something that never really fitted. In fact he considers working in a cubicle or other standard position as jail, and has since 2009 been inspiring folks across the globe to escape and find their own futures, through the Breaking The 9 To 5 Jail programme. And that passion has led him to become a public speaker of note with keynotes and workshops driving home the message of “Consistent action taking.”Using his life incidents, client stories, experiences, fun observations, and a unique story telling approach, he has inspired, informed, and entertained audiences of all ages and abilities. He strongly believes that one can be over-educated however, one can never be over-inspired and inspiration is the most important element of each success story. So how does he do this? And how does he find the courage to take such huge action everyday, as he changes not just his life, but that of 1000′s of others too?Well lets find out as we start joining up dots with the one and only Divesh Dwivedi

Todays guest entrepreneur joining us on the Steve Jobss inspired business interview is officially the youngest person that I have had on the show...but wow what an entrepreneur he is.
When he was 12 years old instead of asking for a Xbox, or bike like most kids his age, he instead asked for a beehive.
You see he had learnt about Colony Collapse Disorder from a beekeeper and wanted to make a difference.
Yes, he did grow up on a farm, but that is still something that lets be honest is a strange thing to ask for even from such a well grounded and well raised lad.
So he started selling honey by the side of the road to raise money and from that one beehive, our guest found the motivation to create an industry that is now present in stores across the United States of America.
Like all the best ideas its a simple one.
Having too much honey for his family to consume he started experimenting with the substance by adding spices...and BAM he created Henrys Humdingers.
But how did he do it?
How did he at such an early age continue his education whilst taking on the business world and win?
What made him so caring to the plight of an insect that for many of us, we just flip away with our hands whenever they come near?
Well lets find out as we start Joining Up Dots in todays interview with the inspirational teenage entrepreneur himself Mr Henry Miller
