Welcome back to a lady who first appeared on the show, way back on episode 32 of Join Up Dots.
She must be a glutton for punishment to come back on, but aren't I simply delighted that she has done just that.
Since her travelling adventures started over four years ago, she has covered the globe observing the characteristics of the people who live in each of the countries she has spent time in.
And its not a surprise to her that whether she was living in the United States, Germany or Thailand she found that we all want the same things.
We want to be Happy, feel peace, and have a freedom of suffering whether this be fear, negativity or frustration.
The only difference is how we go about getting to those results.
Being a naturally adventurous and positive person obviously helps enormously, but what about the listeners who don't embrace adventure and freedom of spirit in such a gungho way?
Can they also achieve these positive results, and take control of their own lives in the process?
Well our guest today believes so, and through her role as Peak Performance coach has made it her mission to help others find the path to excitement and fulfilment that makes a life well…….memorable to say the least.
So if you are wondering if there is more to life than you are getting at the moment, and don't know how to go about it, then let me introduce you once more to the salsa dancing, fun loving, creative spirit that is Miss Ginger Kern.

Todays guest is a man who not only has an unusual surname, but also has a surname that is famous throught the world. He is the son of the late Zig Ziglar, and is the current President of Zig Ziglar Training Systems which is a position that he has held since 1996.
And wow this seems to be a position that he was made to hold as within six months of taking up the position production increased 40 percent, with 30 percent fewer people on the wage bill.He shares his fathers belief that "You can have everything in life you want if you just help enough other people get what they want. But this show isn't just about celebrating the successes, but looking at all the dots that make up a life.So how he did he feel when stepping into his fathers shoes, and did he want to I suppose is a good question?
And how did he overcome those same fears that we all have but are surely worse when following along in the family business? And lastly if he focuses on helping others get what they want....what is it that he truly wants? Well lets find out as we bring onto the show to start joining up dots, the one and only Tom Ziglar.

Todays guest is a man who can attest to have tried, enjoyed and had mixed success at many things before finding his true calling in life.
From a musician, to a blogger, to martial arts participant, to even a dog trainer, it seems that his path to success has been a mixed one.
But as we see time and time again on Join Up Dots, getting to where everything pulls together in life is often a bit of a journey.
And its only by looking back and guess what,...Joining Up Those dots that you can see how it all began working for you.
Our guest found the thing that has taken him to the top, by realising his limitations as a blogger.
He realised that no matter how much content he was producing not enough people were seeing it.
"How the hell do you get your content out to the widest audience possible?" he thought.
It's all right, writing the latest works of Shakespeare, but if noone gets to see it then what's the point?
So our guest created Triberr, an online community of bloggers who work together to share each others content.
And the rest, as they say is history, and now with this success under his belt, he is now a sought after speaker, strategic Marketing consultant, and if you need a love song banged out for your special person, I'm sure he could do that too.
So lets bring onto the show, to start joining up dots, the one and only Mr Dino Dogan

Todays guest is another example of someone who seems to have been born with the skills to make their own money.
At a very early age, whilst his friends were going the normal route to get jobs, by creating resumes and attending interview after interview he had other ideas.
He realised that the only person who is going to get wealthy in that scenario would be the employer not the employee.
So he set on of an entrepreneurial path to start making his own money, and at quite an early age too.
At the age of 11, you could find him selling his personal snacks at scout camp and by age 17 he had hired his friends to help him operate his landscaping business that earned him $10,000 for college.
All in all, by age 20 he started and ran over $320,000 in businesses.
But that was just the start of it all as he realised that the skills that he had built up were transferable and most importantly teachable.
So he began teaching other college students to run their own successful businesses, which led him to receive the "Entrepreneur of the Year" award from Young Entrepreneurs Across America.
He now speaks to students across the country teaching them the lessons he's learned as a young entrepreneur and encouraging them to take the entrepreneurial leap.
So how has he managed to take the leap of faith that for many seems too big to handle?
How did he persuade a bunch of 17 year olds to work for him.....I cant get my kids to do anything even if I pay them!
Well lets find out as we start joining up dots, with the one and only Chandler Bolt

Todays guest is just seventeen years old, and has packed more into his last few years than most of us manage in a lifetime.
An entrepreneur investor, author, go getter, speaker, money lender, lover of riding dirt bikes, and writing music, he really has the drive to make things occur and on his own terms too.
As he says in his own words "I learned early that you don’t get what you don’t ask for. When I was 13 I asked my parents if I could put my income from appearing in a TV commercial to better use by partnering with them on a real estate project. They said “Yes.”
When I was 14 and working on my first book I asked Donald Trump if he’d answer some questions about entrepreneurship. He said “Yes.”
Like anyone else, I’ve heard my share of “No’s,” too. “No” is a part of life and certainly a part of business but I try not to take rejection personally. Hearing “No” motivates me to try harder next time."
So is it that simple, or is there so much more to becoming a success and a millionaire by such an early age?
Well we are going to find out as our guest planned to be one before leaving college! Big dreams indeed.
Its a delight to bring onto the show, to start joining up the dots of his life, the one and only Houston Gunn.

Todays guest is a man on a mission to help the world self develop, progress, and move to a better future, all at a time and pace that is convenient for them.
He started his first business at the age of twelve, and since then has travelled the world whilst pursuing his passion of leadership and team culture development on a larger scale.
In 2008, he founded Actionable Books, which led to him winning in 2009 Entrepreneurial Spirit Award, by using business books as a platform for leader and team growth.
But knowing that by utilising technology, that is both easy to get and easy to carry around, he could grow his brand even further, in 2010 he went online, and launched actionable interviews where he has conducted interviews with such big thinkers such as Seth Godin, Susan Cain and Sir Ken Robinson.
If this sounds like success after success, then think again, as with all entrepreneurs the story is one of success, failures, stumbles and falls.
So lets bring onto the show to start joining up the dots of his life, the one and only, Mr Chris Taylor.

Todays guest is someone that I have wanted to have on the show for quite awhile. In fact since the very first episodes of Join Up Dots were released.
But due to him hitting his stride, travelling through South America, and generally having a kick ass life I only get to speak to him now.
But hey, doesn’t that just add more dimensions to a life that is already perfect for a show like mine.
He is a man who is inspired to find the true definition of “Consciousness” and how we can all become more conscious to build a better life for ourselves.
He wants us to overcome the self limiting fears that root us to the spot, and instead focus on the “Go Getter” mentality, which is the way to create the success that we all want, and of course he is living.
So how did he get to the point in his life when he realised that mind-set was the key to everything?
How did he find travelling through the jungles of South America, without WIFI, Starbucks and all the other comforts that we rely on daily?
And why did he feel the need to shave off all his hair recently?
Well lets find out as we bring on to the show to start joining up the dots of his life, the one and only Mr Michael Jacobs

Todays guest entrepreneur joining us on the Steve Jobs inspired business interview started life in Poland, and it was fair to say that he has come a long way since then, both Geographically and financially.
he is now a huge success which is
Arriving in the United States of America with just $194.00 dollars in ihs pocket and a sprinkling of English he set to work with a passion.
The entrepreneurial bug has always been a keen element which makes him who he is, so it was with little surprise, but a lot of hard work that he transformed his finances by creating a series of business opportunities around California.
First of all he co-owned a collection of bagel shops, and then moved onto running a multi-million dollar business that includes consulting, coaching, training, and information publishing.
But there was of course so many stumbles, falls and triumphs between them. Isn’t that what makes a story interesting after all.
But if you think that our guest is now simply a money making machine, who values wealth against anything else then think again.
He believes that through hard work, perseverance, talent and passion we can all design our lives to be what we want….the purest definition of success.
As he says “When I say success I don’t just mean money. Don’t get me wrong – financial rewards from your business are essential but they’re not enough!
Health, family and friends, spirituality, contribution to others – that’s what combined all together creates balanced, fulfilled life. And living such life makes you an irresistibly attractive “success magnet”.
So lets see how this happily married father of two, has succeeded so remarkably when starting with so little, by bringing onto the show to start joining up the dots of his life, the remarkable Adam Urbanski.

Todays guest is man who has learnt the secret of travelling the world, whilst being funded by something he already had.
If that sounds a bit cryptic all will be revealed in the show.
But its true to say that todays guest does not follow a normal path in life
Starting his adult working life after finishing his education in the Netherlands, he worked for an arbitrage trading firm for 6 years.
It was a normal kind of job that many of us have endured. Long hours, boring work, but hey at the end of the day it paid.
And isn't that why most of us started going to work in the first place anyway.
But he knew that he wanted more.
So at the age of 32, he revaluated his life goals and came up with a question to ponder.
Did he want to slave away at a mildly stimulating profession so he could perch atop a pile of assets at the ripe age of 65?
And after asking himself that question he knew it was time to leap into the unknown.
So in March of 2010, with no backup plan or prospect of gainful employment, he quit his job to pursue his lifelong dream: ultimate freedom.
How exciting is that?
So how many of you listeners would be brave enough to do just that, and of course was our guest brave or simply frightened that life was slipping away?
Well lets find out, as bring onto the show to start joining up the dots of his life, the one and only, Jasper Ribbers
