Todays guest on the show is a lady who is an author, speaker, passionate trainer and philanthropist and believes that the way to a flourishing business is by working as hard as she can on the relationship building side of things.
And believe me she really works hard on the bit that so many people forget about nowadays the offline personal touch, writing anywhere from 1000 to 2000 personal notes a year.
If you have a great relationship with people, not only will they trust you, but they will tell their friends about you too seems to be the order of the day..
She has been in the promotions industry since 2000, going on to establish her own company in 2002 when she realized that there was a definite gap in the industry.
She didn't see that the training that was being provided to companies across America was achieving the results that she would have expected.
She called it “hit and run mentality” training and knew when she published the bestselling book Relationship ROI that she had to teach companies to make the most of what they already had.
Sure go looking for new sales leads, but for god sake do everything you can with the customers you already have.
Nurture the relationship, build the trust, and make sure that they don't want to go anywhere else
But can you take these same strategies into your personal lives, and build better and stronger relationships with partners, friends and colleagues?
Can you look at gaining ROI in whatever field you focus your energies in?
Well lets find out as we bring onto the show to start joining up dots, the one and only Nikki Pett

Todays guest is a lady who has a journey to where she is today that could be turned into a movie.
She first arrived in the United States from Slovenia not with a dream to make it on the corporate ladder, and rise to the top of the business world.
Instead she was recruited by an NCAA Division I basketball coach to bring her vast knowledge of basketball to the states, and so she left her home town of only 10,000 and landed in New York
Well that for many people would have been scary enough, but just imagine doing the same thing when you can't really speak the language of the country you were aiming to flourish in.
Well this didn't stop her at all, and in one season she led her team to one regular season title, first WNIT appearance and a conference championship game. Wow!!
And now she has taken that attitude of becoming a champion, and moved into the world of business where she helps other business owners realize their business goals and guide them to success as a virtual business manager and business consultant.
Her life has run the gamut of both setbacks and successes.
She has had the highs of winning streaks, the lows of unemployment.
She has struggled to build a business and succeeded in creating one that is not only thriving but has helped other achieve their business goals.
And now with her book "BOLD! Helping YOU Unleash The Hero Within” she is helping the world to become a champion and all become heros.
But how did she first get found in Slovenia with the job offer from the states?
And did she have the same self-doubts that stop so many of us from trying something new?
Well let's find out as we bring onto the show, to start joining up dots, with the one and only Sara Speicher.

Todays guest joining us on the Steve Jobs inspired podcast interview is one of those ladies, who will inspire so many people out there that would love to leave the safety of their positions and travel the world feeling inspired.
The kind of freedom that comes with choices and excitement at every turn.
Your sitting at your work and you start wondering where you could go if you weren't chained to the desk.
Your mind wanders. You love the image. But then you shake it off and get back to living in the real world.
Well our guest today had those same feeings but instead of staying in the office environment, following the career she had created, she made living in the real world all about travelling new paths, experiencing adventure on every corner and having a kick ass life.
She was an investment banker in California and worked in the stressful environment until she realised that it was burn out time.
She realised that she had travelled a path that was not for her, and as Duran Duran once sang "Im on a ride and I wanna get off, but they won't slow down the roundabout"
So she jumped off the roundabout herself.,bought a one way ticket to Thailand, sold her belongings and left everything she knew behind on September 27, 2012, with nothing but a carry-on backpack.
She had never done this before, and certainly had never travelled on her own, but she still did it.
Was she scared to say goodbye to everything ?
Was she able to plan enough to make sure that she wasn't literlaly going into the unknown?
And of course the key question that everyone will want to now is how has she managed to fund the travelling lifestyle?
Well lets find out as we bring onto the show to start joining up dots, on the top rated business podcast, the one and only Kristin Addis.

From authoring ten books, presenting across the world, hosting his own wildly successful podcast, and generally being a very nice chap, he has the world at his feet.
Its fair to say that his lifestyle has become very pleasant indeed.
But it has been a slow journey to where he is today, and one that has crossed many different areas of commercial industry.
He has built his careers by working in Law, Banking, litigation and a myriad of other organisations which has certainly helped him become the expert in branding, positioning and networking.
He has trained thousands of professionals in the art of building professional contacts that lead to increased business.
It's not what you know, its who you know is the order of the day, and he believes that valuable business relationships will be something that will continue to provide value and opportunities to us for years and years.
If we only do it in the correct way.

But although he is now loving his life, and the success that he has worked so hard to gain, where did it all start?

And did he struggle himself to find the magic key to open the doors to communication and impactful interaction when he was on the first rungs of his career?

Todays guest is a truly remarkable and nothing short of inspirational lady for sure.
Born without arms due to a birth defect, and fighting every day to live a normal "if there is such a word as normal" she touches the world with her passion and spirit for adventure and life.
As she says "Despite being born without arms, I live a normal life. I have had to overcome the inherent challenges and limited perceptions of other people. I have never let fear stand in my way in any aspect of my life. I don't believe in I cant"
And how man of us can honestly say the same thing?
From a small child wanting desperately to jon the other kids climbing on the monkey bars, to gaining entry into the Guinness Book of World Records as The first woman to fly an airplane with her feet, she has received recognitions and achievements from across the world due to her ability to not give an inch.
Even obtaining a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and developing a love of scuba diving
From her home in Tucson Arizona she is a on a mission to change all of our minds as to the true meaning of disability, believing in the words life is "10% of what happens to you, and 90% of how you deal with it"
So how did she overcome the self-esteem issues that haunted her as a young lady?
And has she found anything that has stopped her in her tracks?
Well lets find out as we bring onto the show to start joining up dots. the one and only Jessica Cox

Todays guest entrepreneur, joining us on the Join Up Dots Steve Jobs inspired career podcast is a man who throughout his working life as a financial advisor and stock coach, began to have a dawning realisation that the world was lacking something in financial education.
He realised that the industry was not showing their clients the way to become quickly and safely financially prosperous.
They show us how to invest into accounts, stocks, bonds and for the main part go the safe and slow route.
And best of all by finding this information he has built career success that is leading him into a world of freedom and content production that works.
As he says in his own words "I'm not your stale, boring, suit-wearing financial guy telling you to give me your money.
Instead, I am THE financial advocate for the entrepreneur teaching you how to free up cash to put back into your businesses, and make a boat-load more money than what the lame, traditional financial "experts" teach."
But if you think that this is a story about a guy, who found his thing early on in his life and then crushed it worldwide, then think again.
From leaving high school after graduating in lots of sports and classes that he never studied for, he moved through a series of customer service, advisory office positions until the light shone above him and Money Ripples started creating waves across America.
So what was it about his colleagues and the industry methodology that really started to show him his path to success?
And is he surprised still, at the amount of financial leaks that individuals and businesses have that they are not aware off?
Well lets find out as we bring onto the show to start joining up dots, the man who says you cannot go full throttle without the right parts in place, the one and only Mr Chris Miles.

Todays guest is a man who for over twenty years has remained a trusted advisor to brands and personalities on marketing, positioning and business growth, with special expertise in health and personal development.
During his career, he has directed some of the largest campaigns ever executed, with several acquiring in excess of 250,000 new paid customers.
He knows the words to use, and the stance to take if you wish to separate yourself from the masses and give yourself the best possible chance to find the success that you deserve.
Finding the thing that well as we say everyday makes you authentic and much more appealing to everyone
But according to him before you even think about expanding your universe, you need to fully understand what your market is and how your product fits into it.
You need to dig down before you push out and conquer the world.
But that is understandable if you are a business, but how does he create a path of success for individuals and personalities?
What questions are needed to be asked to give yourself the best chance of success, especially when starting a new business or developing a new idea?
Well, lets find out as we bring onto the show to start joining up dots the one and only Michael Fishman.

Todays guest joining us on the Steve Jobs inspired Join Up Dots free business podcast was for many years one of the key leaders for the Money Advice man Dave Ramsey.
Working closely with Dave, he helped over see a wide range of content and promotional activities not least the Total Money Makeover Live shows, which in many ways were more like arranging a concert than a conference.
Thousands of people would flock to these to gain an insight into how they can make the most of their cash, earn more money, and solve those worrying financial leaks.
Showcasing his own personal business talents and experiences, this amazing entrepreneur has since gone into business on his own and taken all those learnings, and sprinkled them with his own personal beliefs and strategies.
Helping businesses, entrepreneurs, and solopreneur take the next step in their development through Business Coaching, Strategic Planning and LifePlan events he helps his clients see the things that are holding them back from a better life.
He shows them the way to build careers around success practices that work.
And for many these may not be things within the business world, but instead in their personal lives.
So how does he know how to ask the right questions, and find answers where others wouldn't think of looking?
And does he look back on his time with Mr Ramsey with total fondness, or are their things that he wishes that he could have done differently now he has branched out on his own.
And has he ever asked questions of his client and thought "Do you know I think I have that same issue myself?"
Well lets find out as we bring onto the show to Join Up Dots the one and only Mr Chris LoCurto

It's amazing the kind of business folk that I get to talk to on the Steve Jobs inspired top rated career advice podcast, who is doing things there own way.
If you think of an expert in Google +, who knows more about the product than it seems Google do themselves you would probably think of a teckie guy, mad hair, glasses...you get the idea.
You wouldn't think of someone that loves writing comedy with a psychological twist, and likes nothing more than jumping up on stage and wowing the crowds with a few well placed rib ticklers.
Even studying at the San Francisco Comedy College for six months to fine tune his craft.
But this is a guy who has built his own job that works.
He has built a career that is full of motivation and fun, and I guess that is the perfect job.
Well that is the type of guy that we have on the show today, who started his life in Wales, and now fly's around the world supporting his clients, who in the main fail to grasp the power of Google+
He teaches the processes that make this platform potentially the most under utilised area of the web today.
He uses his studies in psychology to create a blueprint for us to follow to understand how organisations like Google use psychology and how we...the internet uses don't, but should.
He is a man who Guy Kawasaki states is "one of the most clever and hard working people you'll find."
So where does he believe his true talents lie?
Being an engaging and informative public speaker, executive coach, business consultant and marketing psychologist, standup comedian or windsurfing trainer.
Yep, you didn't see that last one coming did you!
Well lets find out, as its with great delight that I get to bring onto the show, to start joining up dots, the one and only Mr Martin Shervington.

Todays guest solopreneur is building a career that 100% percent is built on her own personal passion.
She is lady who literally screams "Don't judge a book by its cover" and well, as a man I have to say that its a very nice cover indeed.
She is a lady who promotes healthy living, leading to weight loss and wellbeing.
She believes that its not a good way to live to follow the latest fad in the dieting world, and from her online platform SKfitlife shows the world how to follow her lead.
She looks amazing. Feels amazing. And has an amazing life that inspires.
Todays guest has been on amazing journey of self-discovery herself to be able to find her place in life.
To be able to find her unique authentic self that she was born to show to the world.
Growing up in a small log house in Missouri as a child, money was tight.
With issues being prevalent in her life, such as the effects of addiction, especially alcoholism, abusive relationships, the divorce of her parents, high weight gain, and other hardship it wasn't an easy upbringing.
It wasn't just money where the struggles were.
Life was a struggle throughout.
But holding it all together was her belief in herself, and an ability to out hustle everybody else.
She had a work ethic, that allowed her to overcome the hardest of situations even working three jobs at one time.
She says it's the journey that is the main thing in life. I pushed through everything, and learned so much about myself, and I learned how the human spirit can go far beyond its perceived limits when failure is not an option."
But where did this kind of spirit that is lacking in so many people come from and flourish when against adversity?
And does she wish she could go back in time and speak to her younger self warning against instant success?
Well let's find out as we bring onto the show to start joining up dots on the amazing and motivational Steve Jobs inspired podcast, the one and only Stephanie Keenan
