Why have we all stopped laughing nowadays? You may say we haven't, but i look around the world and I dont see an awful lot of people throwing their heads back and screaming with laughter.
Do you know when a baby comes into the world, very quickly it will start giggling.
They estimate that will be somewhere around 300 times a day. By the time that baby has grown to 13 it will laugh around 50 times a day, and then the shocking fact.
A thirty year old will only laugh around 3 times per day if that. In todays episode we try to discover why that is, and most importantly what we can do about it.
